Pineapple Poi Cake

DESCRIPTION

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 cups sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 cups flour
  • 2 teaspoons of baking soda
  • 1 can crushed pineapple (drained)

INSTRUCTIONS

Mix above ingredients together in large bowl. Pour into a greased and floured 9 x 14 inch baking pan. Add 1/2 cup of poi. Dropping by spoon into the batter and swirl but do not attempt to blend completely. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 -30 minutes.

Frosting:

Frosting-
1 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
1 stick oleo margarine
1 cup powdered sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
