DESCRIPTION

INGREDIENTS
- 1/3 C milk or whipping cream
- 2 T brown sugar, molasses or honey (to taste)
- 1/3 C poi Vanilla (to taste)

INSTRUCTIONS
For breakfast porridge: Heat cold milk or cream until bubbles form around the edge stir in sweetener. Blend in poi and serve with buttered toast.
For dessert: Softly whip cream and stir in sweetener and then poi. Serve cold. Variation: add a splash of vanilla or other flavoring. Top with a little toasted coconut.
